SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping
Shipping is free on every Gamezy battle set. Your order total is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery
- United States: 3–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
Business days don’t include weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, severe weather and customs checks can occasionally affect delivery times.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If tracking stops updating or your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
Packaging
Orders may arrive in packaging from our fulfillment partners, and multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us right away. We can’t change an address once the order has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
Lost parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.
