About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Gamezy store and when you buy from us. "We", "us" and "our" mean Gamezy, operated by the business named in our Contact Information. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Orders and payment

To place an order you must be legally able to enter into a contract, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Please give accurate contact, delivery and payment details and check your set size and total before paying. Accepted payment methods, taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Your order confirmation means we've received your order. If a product becomes unavailable, or a clear pricing or description error affects your order, we'll contact you with your options. If we have to cancel an order, we'll refund everything you paid for it.

Products and offers

The set size you choose decides what's in the box: every 2-, 4- or 8-player set includes one blaster and one chest target per player. Any promotions are shown on the product page and in your cart while the offer lasts. Colors and glow effects may look slightly different depending on your screen and room lighting.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Playing safely

Follow the instructions and age guidance that come with the product (recommended for ages 8+). Play in a clear area, follow the battery instructions and supervise children as appropriate for their age. Don't modify the products or use them in a way that creates a hazard.

Don't use this website for anything unlawful, for payment fraud, or to interfere with other customers or our systems. The text, images and design of this store belong to Gamezy or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Third-party services, such as payment providers, have their own terms.
